1. Who are you ? Strangers occasionally ask. With an ugly covert subtext, politely though. And what are you up to? Acquaintances often inquire. With a mocking splash on my face. And a thing to be happy about, at least they ask. Though it hurts somewhere, grateful I am at least they ask.
2. And I am supposed to answer. Yet, I don't have the one. The one that they expect. The one that old-school demands.

I just smile and say "Nothing....Nothing at all" They chuckle, sarcasm spills over and then turns into laughter ..haha..haha.. Yet again I smile. And I whisper..."Nothing I am and Nothing I do. Yes Nothing. A nothing for you And an everything for me"

And then I ease myself with monologues, "Like a sane insane, here I am crawling up the mountain, barefoot and cold, just to see few miles more than I used to do."
